At its core is a reinforced fully automatic, servo-driven feed unit that ensures perfect alignment and zero misfeeds. Built with an upgraded heavy-duty chassis for continuous 24/7 operations, the machine features an intuitive touchscreen interface allowing operators to complete size changeovers in under three minutes to maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Production Process
This machine utilizes a fully automated servo control system to seamlessly synchronize every reinforced module, spanning from large-scale automatic feeding and precision gluing to heavy-duty folding and squaring.
The workflow begins at the 【Feeding Process】. The expanded servo-driven feeding system boasts enhanced material-through capacity. Even at peak speeds of up to 5,000 pieces per hour, it ensures that larger, heavier cardboard blanks are perfectly aligned, fundamentally preventing errors such as skewed feeding or double-feeding.
The cardboard then advances to the 【Gluing Process】. This high-speed model is uniquely equipped with a dual-glue system featuring both hot-melt and cold-glue capabilities, applying adhesive with absolute uniformity onto the rapidly moving large surface areas. An automatic crash-lock bottom attachment is also seamlessly integrated into this stage.
In the 【Folding Process】, a heavy-duty folding station utilizing cam-controlled plows and pneumatic tuckers comes into play. Thanks to the reinforced frame weight and widened folding arms, it handles oversized blanks at peak speeds without any cracking, tearing, or structural deflection. Immediately following this, sheets pass through a servo-driven squaring section, which automatically fixes any micro-misalignment right before the final compression.
