Automated Production Workflow

Corrugated sheets enter the machine through an automatic belt suction feeding system that keeps sheet transfer stable and reduces feeding deviation, even during continuous operation. This stable starting point matters more as carton size increases, since any misalignment at the feeding stage carries through the rest of the process. From there, the machine applies automatic gluing at a speed of up to 170 m/min, producing 100 to 450 pieces per minute, or switches to the stitching mode for cartons that need stronger structural reinforcement, running at an average of 80 m/min for 40 to 70 pieces per minute. Both processes run on the same machine, at a maximum mechanical speed of 180 m/min, so manufacturers don't need separate equipment to switch between bonding methods.

During folding, the automatic folding system works together with automatic calibration to keep large cartons properly aligned and reduce forming deviation, which matters most at this carton size, where even small angular errors become visible across a longer panel. Finished cartons then pass through automatic counting and stacking before output, and an optional carton flipping system is available to integrate more smoothly with downstream packing lines, reducing the manual handling needed between this machine and the next step in production.
